Clients are receiving automatic email in SPAM folder, how to fix this?

So we have this one form we send to clients, and in that form the client has to give 8 email adresses of people they know very well. Those 8 people are receiving an automatic email with a link to another form (we need those 8 people to give feedback about our client). Many of those 8 people never actually recieve that email, because it's in their spam folder. How do we fix this? Since we send emails to new adresses all the time, we can't just ask people to mark the email as "NO SPAM". They must receive the email properly the first time they get one.

I hope this problem is easy to solve, maybe by changing the sender or something. I hope someone can help us, thanks :)

    Hi,

Unfortunately we can't control this, as different mail service providers mark handle emails differently, so sometimes our emails get filtered as spam. You can change the sender and that might solve the issue, but there's nothing we can do on our end to guarantee that, here's how to change the sender email:

    Thank you!
