Is there a way to view and manually email / forward specific forms?

Once a form has been submitted and emailed to the persons who get automatic emails as setup in settings, is there a way to view and manually email / forward specific forms?

Firstly, you can check your submissions on your form. You must go to My Forms page, then select your form. Click "Submissions" button and check your submissions.

Also, you can forward this submission to another e-mail address. The forward button from the submission view should also send specific submission details via email. 

You can edit the e-mail that will send and you can share the another form with this user.

Also, if you want to send another e-mail based on user's answer, you can do it on JotForm. Here is a guide helps to you: https://www.jotform.com/help/167-How-to-Send-Email-Based-on-User-s-Answer 

You can edit this Autoresponder e-mail and share another form with the user, too.
