Hello,
First let me say I love the PDF generator that JotForms has to offer. I did have a simple question though.
I noticed that if I enable the option to send an attached PDF with the email notification it doesn't format it the way I have it displayed on my PDF form. Is there a way to keep the current format of my PDF form and still attach a PDF file whenever a form is completed via PDF?

As I can understand, you have create a PDF form and you need to set the same layout to your PDF report of submission.
You could customize your PDF report by going to your submissions page and clicking on the PDF -> Customize PDF option.
You're able to change your fields position, font size and color, you could also add images or static text if you want.
