Hello,
My form is complete and using JotForm has been a breeze! I have one question to finalize the whole thing:
If my client is unable to answer certain questions and those questions are left empty, is there a way to gather those empty questions into one email and have them sent to another person who can answer them?
For example:
There are 5 questions in a form.
Client A can answer 1,2 and 5, but not 3 and 4.
Can questions 3 and 4 be sent in an email to someone who can answer AND submit?
Thanks for any help that can be given.
Kind regards,
Ronda

That is possible, Ronda. You can send the submission to another person, they can edit it and submit it again to you. First, you need to view the submissions page and get the submission ID. Here's how:
1. Login to your account and select the form.
2. Click the Submissions button.3. Click the Options button and check the ID.
4. After that, highlight the submission ID and copy it.5. Paste the submission ID on this link https://www.jotform.com/edit/paste_submisssion_id_here
Sample link looks like this: https://www.jotform.com/edit/3707715665316509382

I tried this and it works great for me as the "moderator".
But is the submission ID available to the client so that the client could forward this link to the party he thinks can answer the unanswered questions?
I'm guessing that it is since I can see it in the preview of the form. But just double-checking with you guys.
Thanks again.

Yes, the link can be forwarded to another person. Please try it on my demo form: https://form.jotformpro.com/71226486777973.
After you fill up the form, you will receive an autoresponder with the "Edit Submission Link" and open the link then copy the URL. Try opening it on another internet browser where there's no account login to JotForm. It means anyone can open the link even if you're not the moderator, admin or owner of the form.
Here's a screen animation guide creating an autoresponder with edit submission link:
Here's a guide on how to get the edit submission link:
1. After receiving the autoresponder email, the user can check the autoresponder email and click the "Edit Submission" link.
2. You can copy the URL and share it "Privately" to another person so they can answer the question to your form and re-submit it again to the form owner.
Hope that helps. If you have questions, please contact us again.
