My FTP submission page is no longer submitting to our FTP site

    FTP submission page is no longer working.  I believe something may have been changed on our web page but no one is confessing to the change.  Please help!

    I checked the webpage you provided and I didn't see any JotForm form on it. You're using a different type of form.

    Are you referring to this form (https://www.jotform.us/form/52525768272159)?

    I did a test submission on that form and it was successful. It redirected me to the Thank You page after hitting the "Submit" button. Here's a screenshot:

    If you're having issues with the FTP integration within the JotForm form, please try to re-integrate it. Here's a guide: How-to-Send-Submission-Data-File-Upload-via-FTP.
