How can I modify the contents of my Email Notification?

Though the preview form say Thank You!  

The email confirmation says: "We have received your response for 4 1/2 ft art adventure subscribe"

How ca the email say: "thank you for subscribing to 4 1/2 ft, an art adventure!"

Also I don't want form to say "now create your own jotform" with the organge button,  because it's confusing.

To change what you see on the emails, just modify your email template for your Email Notifications.

I'm afraid the footer branding is added there by default for all free plan users. Upgrading to any of our paid plans will automatically remove the footer added to your email templates.
