Duplicate entries on my weebly

When I was testing forms I some how have duplicates on my weebly dash board

how can I get these fixed.  Screen shot attached,,its coming from my jot form.   Form is working fine..just on my dash board reporting is the issue.

I assume this was your form that was on your Weebly website. I checked the form existing submission data and I did not find any duplicate submissions.

There is not integration to Weebly. You can instead add or publish your form on Weebly websites.

It is not clear what your dashboad numbers were about.

Please provide more clarity on what exactly is the problem.
