Why my forms are not working on mobile devices?

    My form was working perfectly on mobile, but in the past hour 3 people have messaged me that they cannot register.  I have a radio button to choose pay by paypal or by check, and then a condition about which embedded iframe form to show depending on the choice.  It has been working for about a month and just stopped working today.  Please help!!!  It works fine on a desktop.,

    I have tested your form and I can see it works, I got the submission page when submission the check option form: 

    And I could also submit the form while selecting the PayPal option, you can see my testing submissions on your incomplete payments section for your PayPal form. 

    Do you have more  details about the errors your users are facing? 

    If they are getting a message while trying to submit the form or while filling it out, please provide us with that, it will be helpful to know what error they are getting.

    This is only happening on phones....no error message, just when either radio button is chosen, nothing further happens.  The screen shot below is of my own phone and I received messages from a few other members with the same problem.

    Is there any specific mobile device? I just tried it in my Android phone using Chrome browser, and it worked fine:

    I'm not sure what our members are using, but mine (the screenshot above) is an iPhone 6 running safari

    I was not able to reproduce the issue using an official iOS Simulator App and also using an Android phone. The form seems to be fine, but you need to scroll down the page once the you select the payment option.

    Just in case we have cleared your form caches.
