Notification Emails not working

    Hey JotForm support,

    The notification emails for our forms on softlinebrandpartners.com aren't sending. We're using a custom integration with JotForm that must somehow be bypassing the notifications trigger. Our dev team requested I contact support to see if you have any insights into how we can get those notifications working again.

    The embedded version of the form in your page looks to be a heavily modified version of this form:

    When I tested the form directly, the email notification triggered without issue. 

    Try grabbing the most recent source code for your form:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/104-How-to-get-the-Full-Source-Code-of-your-Form

    And using the default source code.  If that does not work, there is very likely something in your page cause the email trigger to fail.  Using the iFrame embed code would resolve this:

    But it would remove the styling that is being added through the page.  Unfortunately, if you dev team needs to heavily modify the source of the form, it would not be something we can support on our end.
