Hi! I want people to enter their email address on my site in one of your forms, and then have a link emailed to them on their phones that they could click which would take them to a different form. It's important that they see this other form on their phone instead of just a desktop. I've tried the email response page associated with the Submit button, but that just will open the other form on their desktop - they need to have the other form link actually emailed to them and then they click on it. ideas? Thank you.

If you configure an Email Autoresponder on form, the form user will receive an email upon submission. You cannot force user to check it via desktop or via mobile. In other words, if user check the email using mobile phone and click on the form link, it will open the form in their mobile browser, but if user check the email using desktop and click on the link, it will open the link in their desktop browser.

The workaround that might work is to send an SMS text message to the form user upon submission, so when they check the SMS using their mobile phone and click on the form link it will open the new form in their mobile browser. We do not have built-in SMS text confirmation, but you may try to configure it via Zapier. The scheme could be:

JotForm > Zapier > SMS to the form submitter via Twilio

    * You will need Zapier and Twilio accounts for such integration.
