    Hi,

I've created a form and have inserted a table which the user needs to complete.  In this table, how can I alter the various boxes fields?  For example, I want some of them to be a date field, some to be number fields and some to be text fields.

What are the different ways of actually receiving the information submitted on the form?

Also, How do the forms appear on a mobile phone?

    Thanks,

    Hello,

I have cloned your form named "Submit Your Timesheet" on my side in order to test.

First of all, if you did not embed your form to a website, I suggest you set your form width wider in order to let the form contain all fields better. I have set 1500px form width.

Secondly, unfortunately, it is not possible to have various form fields in the input table field. You can use configurable list widget instead of input table field in order to accomplish having various fields as you can see the screenshot below:

Please find the following guide in order to have further detailed information regarding configurable list widget: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

Lastly, you can add a mobile responsive widget to the form in order to make it mobile friendlier as you can find it at the following link: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/mobile_responsive

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance with the form, let us know.

    Thanks.
