Can a payment page be added if they click no they are not a client?

We are holding an event and want to charge non-clients a fee but have our existing clients get in for free. Is there a way to have the people who select "no" under "are you an existing customer" transferred to another page where they need to pay the fee? But when our clients click "yes" they are not taken to that page.
