Can I modify the submission screen?

Is it possible to modify the submission spreadsheet and save it so it consistently looks

the way you want?

Column width, etc.  That is saved every time you go to it.

If you were referring to the Submission sheet in the Google spreadsheet integration, there is no option to customize/modify the sheet within the integration configuration.

But what you can do is to customize it within the google spreadsheet application.

You can create a separate Sheet, customize it, and then import the data from the Submission sheet into your new Sheet using the Import Range function of google spreadsheet.

The same concept can be applied if you were referring to the Excel submission download of the form submission data.

You will have to use a separate Excel sheet and import the data from the Excel submission data sheet to update your customize/modified Excel sheet.
