I received an error stating only one entry is allowed

    I signed up for the free account of 100 submissions or less but when i sent a test i received an error stating no more submission available. Can you help me fix this as will want to upgrade next month.

    I have checked your account and found that it's active and well within the submissions limit. Could you please try a submission again and get back to us if the problem persists?

    Thanks to the screenshot you provided I was able to identify your problem. You have enabled the multiple submissions prevention check, which explains why you are not able to send more than one submission:
