Where did my forms go?

All my forms are gone . where can I find them or do I build them again????.

I have checked your account history and I couldn't find any forms created or deleted. You may confirm my findings by following our guide here: https://www.jotform.com/help/370-How-to-View-Your-Account-Activity-Logs

Perhaps you have another account where your forms are? Could you please provide us with a form ID or URL so we can pinpoint the account for you?
