I am not quite sure what you are referring to but an app builder and what portion of JotForm are you trying to add?

If you are trying to add the form builder to an app, you could use JotForm Anywhere:

If you are trying to add a form to an app, you could load the form using an iframe:

As far as recommendations for platforms, it would come down to your specific needs.  Most JotForm features should be compatible with most platforms.
