I perform a service for a specific industry. I provide a legal document and currently use JotForm to gather the info and submit it to me to input into a document. I in turn will return to the client the completed document. Can JotForm eliminate my part in this process and take the info gathered from the Joftorm, input it into the document, and then make the completed document instantly available? Of course I would not want the document available unless payment is submitted.
Here is the sequence...
> Potential client chooses the link on my website that leads to the JotForm
> Client completes the form filling in all the info required
> Client inputs payment at the end of the form and submits
> JotForm (or some associated app) inputs the information submitted into a document and makes available the completed document immediately
Can this be done?
Thanks for your help.

The form can give you a PDF copy of the submitted data. You can choose to have this as an attachment or a link to download.
In your notification email settings, you can enable the Attach PDF from the advanced tab.
Or, add the PDF link in the email template:
Note that you can also do the same in the autoresponder email.
Lastly, make sure to check the Show Headers and Texts in the submissions page settings. This option will include the texts, images, and headers in the PDF copy.

I hope that helps.

No, it is not possible to populate the submitted data inside an external document. A possible way to accomplish what you need would be hiring a developer, who can send the data to your own database: https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP
And, create the proper PHP solution that generates your document, and pulls the data from your own database.
Open a new thread if you need anything else.

Another alternative is integrating JotForm with Webmerge through Zapier: https://zapier.com/
