"Button send not redirected to another page" HELLLLP

I'm setting up a site by wix, and I'm using a platform from you, do everything right! But at the time of clicking without a delivery button and being redirected to another page, it is not simply but not part of the page and nothing else happens. What should I do? I've tried everything.

I did a test submission to the Page URL you provided and I was able to replicate the issue. It is not redirecting to the Page URL you put in the Thank You page. I did a test submission to the form direct link and I was able to submit it properly and redirected to the Page URL.
