User gets an error message

    Hi there

    I user emailed the screen shot and told me that i MUST get my site https registered

    Would this be worth my while? Will lots of people be getting these message?

    Unfortunately, the screenshot that you tried to share is not showing.

    All forms here in JotForm are using SSL. This means that the transfer of data from our servers to the payment integration is secured. The form will still work even if you embedded it on a non-HTTPS website. However, the browser will show an alert notification that the connection is not secure.

    As you can see, it is not a lock icon because your website is not using SSL. Like I said, the form security will still be applied in this situation.

    If your users are not comfortable with that, you can give them the form's direct link or you can purchase SSL to your web hosting provider. Here's a guide on how to get the form's direct link.
