    Hello,

Can you give us an idea what you mean by the forms are different? Anyhow, you can revert your form by following the steps from this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/294-How-to-View-Form-Revision-History

If what you mean is by reverting to the old form builder, you can visit https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings and then change the default form builder there.

Note: The old form builder may be removed in time so I would suggest to also learn the ropes on the new one.

If you have questions, please let us know.

    Thanks.

    Hi,
The layout when the form is emailed is different. There is more gray area
before and after the table and there are colons in front of each line in
    the address sections.
    Thank you,
    Haydee

    Thanks for the information, Haydee.

I suppose you'd be able to manage your way through following the links I have provided. In any case that you need assistance, please let us know.

    Thanks.

Thank you, I didn't get the links though.

How do I remove the colons in the address section in front of each line?

Here is my colleagues previous post with the links:

As for your other questions, "How do I remove the colons in the address section in front of each line?", would you mind letting us know the form you are working with and which colons specifically you are trying to remove?  We can definitely show you how to remove them.

When the form is submitted and emailed the address section of the form appears like this.  Before I upgraded jotform, I had to write the address a bit different but I forgot.  Something like <Address, street>, <Address, city>.  Hope this helps.  Thank you.

Thanks for your response, dynamicevidence. That would be a bit strange as there should actually be no changes on the email alert content after changing form builders.

In any case, you can format the address to appear on your email the way you like as separated by a comma. Here's how you should do it on your email alert:

    {billingAddress:addr_line1}, {billingAddress:addr_line2}, {billingAddress:city}, {billingAddress:state}, {billingAddress:postal}, {billingAddress:country}

Please let us know if you have questions.

    Thanks.

    Thank you!
Not sure why the email content/format changed when I upgraded to jotform
v4, but thank you! This helps.
