Date string not returning date

I have used the calculation widget to create a date string but it doesn't update. Any ideas please?

I cloned your form and noticed the Form Calculation Widget is hidden. For testing purposes, I disabled its hidden status so I can check if the dateString() function will work or not.

Here's how the went from my perspective:

You'd see that it worked as intended and converted 04/06/2017 to Sun Jun 04 2017. Can you tell us if you're still having issues?
