Is there any way to set the "Reply to" of email forms we're receiving so that when someone clicks "Reply to" the email that the address line auto-fills with the submitter's email?
Right now when our folks try to reply to a form, the address line fills with either our service account address or the noreply@jotform.com address and they have to manually change the address to the customer's email.
To complicate matters we have multiple email recipients depending on which library the customer chooses.

If you want to reply to your user (email address that was entered inside of the form), then you need to set "Reply-to Email" inside of your email Notification settings to email address field of your form.
I have inspected your form and "Reply-to Email" option is set to email field? Are you not able to reply to your users?
I have tested this option on one of my forms and on your cloned form and it is working properly.
