    Hi there

I am looking for my parents to fill in the registration form, I will receive it at my end and the information that the parent had filled are already pre-populated in another form in a different account that my staff can access.

    Registration form is https://eu.jotform.com/build/62202731728350

All About Me (Staff Form) is https://eu.jotform.com/build/71385109414353

Would you please help me out. Greatly appreciated.

    Thank you

    Tamara

If I'm understanding your concern correctly, your respondents (parents) will fill in this registration form: https://eu.jotform.com/form/62202731728350

Then, you will receive the data on your end, however, you also want the data to be sent to your staff in a different form from a different account.

If that is the case, then I suggest you set up an email notification in the registration form that will be specifically sent to your staff.

    Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

The content of the email notification should include a link to the second form (the one from a different account). The link will be constructed in a way that it will have parameters to pre-fill the second form when the link is clicked. Below is a guide that will show you how you can construct the link: Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.
