My understanding is that you want to attach a PDF submission in the autoresponder email. The autoresponder is the email alert that your users will receive after completing the form.
In the autoresponder "Advanced" settings, you'll see the "PDF Attachment" option. Please enable it so that a PDF file will be attached to the autoresponder email.
