Why files are not uploading to our FTP server?

    https://www.ambroseprint.com/ftp-upload/   it is sending a successful upload notice but is not sending files to our ftp.

    I could not find any JotForm embedded on the webpage you provided, could you please provide us with your form's link? 

    I can see you have two forms on your account and they are integrated with your FTP server so they should be sending files. 

    I have also tested this on my end and I can see files are sending to the integrated FTP server:

    Please, also make sure you're not exceeding your FTP max size, try uploading a small file using the form's direct link.

    You could also try removing the adding the FTP settings again: https://www.jotform.com/help/177-How-to-Send-Submission-Data-File-Upload-via-FTP
