You can export the form submissions to an Excel or CSV file. After that, you can just transfer it to your diary. Here's a guide: How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF.
It is possible to send the form submission to your own MySQL database using PHP. Please refer to this guide: How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP.
You might also want to check JotForm Webhooks. Here's a guide: How-to-Setup-a-Webhook-with-JotForm.
You can also use the MySQL Export app. You can download the submission file and then use the import functionality on phpMyAdmin to load the data. Here's the link: http://mysqldump.jotform.io/.
Lastly, we do have an API documentation that you might want to check. Here's the link: https://api.jotform.com/docs/
Hope that helps. Thank you.
