Why is the title of my window not changed to title of form?

I cloned a form because we wanted to use the same one but for a new holiday and business. Yet when I changed the title, the actual page title didn't change. 

It needs to be titled FD Father's Day Form

Please try changing the Page Title in the Form Settings. Here's how:

1. In Form Builder V4,  click the "Settings" menu. Go to "Form Settings" section and then click the "Show More Options" button.

2. Scroll down and you'll see the "Page Title". Please change it to your preferences.
