I can't change the tab name on a cloned form

Hello, I cloned the "Baby Dedication" form and renamed it, but the web browser tab name is still "Baby Dedication", please see it here:

I guess this is some kind of bug, because I cloned a different form and the name changed normally. 

Please help me putting this form the right name on the tab.
