How can I redirect to another blank form after submission?

I have a form entitled CAC Staff. I want the user to complete the form. After the form is completed, I want the user to  and then have the option to complete another blank form after submitting.

From how you described it, you want it to happen like this:

1. User fills out the form

2. User submits it

3. After submission, user will be redirected back to a blank form

Even though I'm not sure if it's the same form or a different form altogether, #3 above can be done by setting your Thank You page to Redirect to an external URL.
