How can I allow the user to dynamically duplicate some fields when they click an add button?

    Hello

I have a form on this page: http://www.ptyregistrationcompany.co.za/register.html

The form name is: PtyReg Company - New Company Registration

There is a section at the bottom of the form called: director details

I want people to be able to add more director fields, according to the amount of directors in the company. So if they click on something like "Add director" those same form fields must duplicate.
Or if they say how many directors in the company maybe fro the start that many directors must have space to fill out their details?

    Does this make sense?

    how do i do this?

    Its quite urgent

    thanx

The closest thing to what you kindly described, that I can suggest, is the Configurable List widget: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/configurable_list

We have a guide on how to set up the Configurable List widget here: https://www.jotform.com/help/282-How-to-Set-Up-the-Configurable-List-Widget

I hope this helps. If you need further assistance please let us know. Thank you.
