How is the data exported or compiled?

On forms we've created from scratch the data is exported into Excel, this would not be pretty for a job application template.

On the pre-made templates do you know how the data is compiled and/or exported?

The export options are the same. You can export the submissions as CSV, Excel, and PDF.
