Is there a way to have the user entry of a field on one submitted form affect a field on another form?

Is it possible to attach an external data source to a form?

If not, is it possible to take the output (report, for example) from submissions of one form to populate field options or logic on another form?

Is there a way to establish a form (template) that can be "programmed" or easily edited by others without giving them significant access to my JotForm account
?
