Do you allow collection of SSNs and other sensitive information

Hi There  - I am working on a site for a client and they need to have a forms that collect, at a minimum, social security numbers and license numbers as part of a credit application. They are a home heating company that offer customers accounts to order oil. Is there situation where this can be possible with a jotform account?

Also, on another order form, they wondered about collecting credit card information.

JotForm does not allow having a form that collects SSN and credit card infomation, it violates the Terms of Use, your question mentioned at 'phishing' and 'Collecting Sensitive Information' sections. Instead, you may use our payment processors
