Missing form

I just put the order form "outer space" in the basket for a mistake, could you please give it back to me, pls pls....!

The form you're referring to is still in the My Forms page. Here's a screenshot:

If you accidentally deleted the form, it should be in the Trash folder. You can still restore it, here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms.
