Showing the complete form fields in the submissions

    Hi,

     

    We'd like to see the entire form when we get a submission. For see the attached form, with Terms and Conditions at the bottom, but when we get a submission (example) attached, only the fields completed are included.

    I recommend you enable the PDF attachment option in the Advanced tab of the email notification. In this way, a copy of the form submissions (PDF) will be attached to the email alert.
