Adding A Form To A Webpage

I followed your detailed advice on how to add a form to my webpage but it still doesn't work. Some of your wording is different to that on the page itself so I have nothing to refer to. Extremely frustrating. I am trying to paste a Contact Form from you to Wordpress.com.

Sorry for all the troubles. There are lots of way to integrate the form over to Wordpress. One common way is the to Get the code and paste it in your Wordpress page/post. See tutorial here.
