I have checked your JotForm and see that there are about 450 fields and 100 conditions set on the form. Please be noted that when a field is changed on the form, all the conditions set for the field will be tested which could be causing the issue. Did you make any changes to the form recently? If the form was working fine earlier, could you try restoring the form to the earlier working version from the form revision history and see if that works? You may access the form revision history by following the steps in the guide below:

Please get back to us if you need any further assistance. We will be happy to help.

Please note that v4 is applicable only for the form builder interface. The forms should be working as usual irrespective of the form built in v3 or v4. I have cloned your JotForm and disabled the conditions to check the form. I was able to access the form till Submit button without any issue.

Please review the conditions set on the form. You may also try separating the form to different forms so that it should be working fine.

I checked your form but I couldn't replicate this issue:

Also, I wasn't able to find anything wrong in your conditions.

Could you please let us know in which Browser did you check your form? I tested in Chrome on Max OSX.

    We'll wait for your response.

    Thank you!

I have tested your form on my end and I cannot replicate the issue, I tested in Chrome and Edge, just like a test, could you please clone your form and delete some conditions as well as fields, this will help us to know if the issue is related to the number of conditions you have on your form.

This guide will help you cloning an existing form from your account: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-How-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

I would also suggest you to try from a different computer and/or internet connection. Please, let us know how it goes.

    DEAR KEVIN,
I AM UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE CONDITIONS THAT PREVAIL WITHIN A PARTICULAR
SECTION OF THE FORM E.G. IN THE PRODUCT FORMS SECTION "ABSORPTION CHILLER"
I WANT THAT WHEN I REACH THE PABSORPTION CHILLER PAGE ALL THE FIELDS EXCEPT
BRAND ARE HIDDEN BUT AS SOON AS I SELECT THE BRAND IT SHOWS ME ALL THE
FILEDS TILL CALCULATE FIELD. THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE PAGE BELOW
CALCULATION FIELD MUST BE DISPLAYED AS PER MY SELECTION FROM TYPES OF
ABSORPTION CHILLERS. E.G. IF I SELECT MULTI ENERGY ONLY MULTIENERGY SHOULD
    BE DISPLAYED. ETC.

I have investigated your form and I have found where the issue is.

I understand that you are using Form Calculation widgets in your form to get the value of the selected options in Multiple Choice Field. In order for you to do this, you add the Multiple Choice fields in the corresponding Form Calculation widget.

One good example of this is the "SELECTED ABSORPTION CHILLER/S" Form Calculation widget.

I see that you have this kind of setup for other Form Calculation widgets in your form (EQUIPMENT SELECTED, FILTER TYPES (CALCULATION), SELECTED TYPES (SEC TYPE)(CALC), and three other CALCULATIONs)

Then, you have used the value in the Form Calculation widgets to SHOW/HIDE fields or HIDE pages.

This is where the conflict starts and the reason why you will notice the form will work (loads) with no issues if you delete all the conditions associated with the Form Calculation widgets in your form.

To fix the issue, I suggest that you use the selected option from the Multiple Choice Field instead of the transferred value in the Form Calculation widget in the condition rules to trigger the action in your condition.

You can choose to leave all of the Form Calculation widgets in your form (provided that you keep it hidden) and just update the conditions base on the explanation above. Doing this will prevent you from losing any existing submission data associated with those widgets.

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions or you need clarifications with any of the instructions above, please do not hesitate to contact us again anytime.
