I just tested the speaker form I created and the submission should be send to groesslb@outlook.com but I have not received anything yet. How long does it take to be notified? I assume I receive the completed form at that time.
I had planned to send out the link to my speakers today, but wanted to test it first. This is for a summit in September.

You are not receiving notifications to "groesslb@outlook.com", because you have not listed it as a recipient. The recipient you have listed in your notification is "bonnie@bonniegroessl.com".
You can replace it: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-How-to-Find-and-Change-the-Email-Address-Used-for-Notification-Email
Or, simply add it as another recipient : https://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients
