I can't see my forms that I receive on Weebly?

    Hello,

I used jotform on my weebly site to create an application for my business. It was working fine and not it is unresponsive. Nothing will load, show up, etc.

I reconnected my app, but that did not work. I also tried to access the jotform plug in on weebly from several different devices and that didn't work.

Any advice on how to remedy this problem would be appreciated.

I have checked your account and see that it is active and good in standing. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with embedding the form on a Weebly website.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/359-adding-a-form-on-your-weebly-website

The app should be working fine to display the form on the Weebly web page. However, if you want you may give a try embedding the form using iframe embed method as mentioned in the other guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/215-Adding-a-form-to-Weebly

If there is any further issue, please share the web page URL where you are embedding the form so that we can take a look and help you further.

I have everything embedded correctly. What i don't seem to understand is why I am still not receiving all of my applications submitted or what happened to all of my old ones. That is the problem, not the form on the page, it's that i can't see any of my new or old submissions.

    Hello,

If you cannot find your email alerts on your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you are using an email client application such as Eudora or MS Outlook, and the emails are not found in your spam/junk mail folder, please visit your webmail instead (go to your mail server's web page and login to your email account). Next, check your spam folder there. Chances are, the emails landed on the spam folder there which prevented your email client app to download/sync your emails to your email client.

You may also review your email activity history in order to understand/view the status of your forms' email alert deliveries. You can refer to this guide for more information: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History

Based on your history, there was also 1 deletion of your form submission, so there are not many submissions on your form. If you are referring to a different form, it would be great if you can provide us more details about that form you are referring to.
