On the free account you get so many free forms which is great. 

Now you state 100 free submissions is this per month and restarts from zero forms each month or is it 100 in total?

Under the Free plan, you have 100 submissions per month. The submission counter resets back to 0 every 1st day of the month. For example, you have 80 submissions right now. It will reset back to 0 on July 1, 2017.
