Staff is unable to upload images in JotForm due to file size.
Staff uses their mobile devices to upload photos.
How can this problem be fixed?

If it's the file size, you need to adjust this in the file upload settings. Please check this guide for the steps to change the size limit: https://www.jotform.com/help/33-Changing-the-File-Upload-Size-Limit.
