Asked by raritan on June 16, 2017 at 02:26 PM

When a web site visitor completes the form on this page: http://www.fairwayslauderhill.com/parking_permit.htm

The page hangs for quite a while and even forever when they wait for the thank you results.

    It is form id: 70294633895164

    Page URL:

Can we do a real submission in your form in order to test it? Does the same issue happen when you submit the form through it's direct link? https://form.jotform.us/70294633895164

If the issue only occurs in the embedded version, please try embedding your form with the Iframe code: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

It was happening on mobile devices. You can certainly run tests. It never happened to me during testing, but management is getting complaints.

I opened your web page and I was able to do a test submission. It redirected me to the Thank You page after hitting the Submit button. I used Google Chrome for this test.

I suggest you re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the web page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.

Hope that helps. Let us know if you're still having issues. Thank you.

I believe it's mostly on mobile devices, but I'll implement your method.
