Issue with Please Wait when submitting form details

When a web site visitor completes the form on this page: http://fairwayslauderhill.com/parking_permit.htm

The page hangs for quite a while and even forever when they wait for the thank you results.

It was happening on mobile devices. You can certainly run tests. It never happened to me during testing, but management is getting complaints.

I opened your web page and I was able to do a test submission. It redirected me to the Thank You page after hitting the Submit button. I used Google Chrome for this test.

I suggest you re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This will prevent script conflicts between the form and the web page. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code.
