Is there an easy way to create a submission approval workflow?

Is there an easy way to flag a submission for approval when it comes in, and then change its status to approved once it has been reviewed by the appropriate person?

Another question:  Can I integrate GDrive so the data transfers only after the form is approved?  

I tried it and the data transfers into the GDrive folder every time there is an edit.

Unfortunately that is not possible. Data will be sent each time when form is submitted.
