Anti-virus closes the form.

Hi

I sent my form to a few people to test and one person said it worked well until they got to pay section and the virus protector closed it down.

Do you know why that might happen and is there anything I can do to prevent that?

When you say anti virus closed it down, do you mean to say that the form itself was closed or it shows any error message in form? I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message and we will take a look. The user was not able to give me any more information but she said she tried on another computer and it worked fine so we'll just leave it for now.
