We have a jotform and patients don't seem to be able to fill it out on their mobile form. Is their something we can do?

    I suggest you try first re-embedding your form on your website using instead its iframe publish code.

    Make sure to remove/clear any previous script embed code of the form on your website before you add it back using its iframe code.

    Let us know if this procedure still did not resolve the issue.
