I have "upgraded" 4x and none of them have gone through. I have contacted support multiple times and been told to follow the on-screen instructions which I have done. I get teh same successful upgrade screen which says contact support if it doesn't go through. I contact support and they tell me to follow the cycle of not working again. I have included the screenshot of the upgrade that was made this morning which yet again did not work.
Multiple customers over the weekend have told me they got an error message when submitting a form.
When will customer service fix this issue I have been facing for over a month?

It appears like the switch from the Storage plan to Bronze, Silver or Gold, is not working. We have cancelled your Storage plan, and provided a prorated refund. Also, we have set your account back to free status.
So, please do the following:
1) Logout of your account.
2) Log back in.
3) Upgrade your account as shown on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
