How do I generate a QR?

    Hi,

    You can try using any of the following widgets to generate a QR code in your form:

    Sorry I was not clear enough.
    When I create a form is that possible to get a QR and upload it instead of a link? Indeed here in China there is a problem cause all users use wechat and we need to provide a QR but create a link by ourselves brings troubles, we receive a confirmation for reservation but all fields blank.

    If I understand you correctly, you would like to generate a QR code of your Form to use it instead of the Form Link? If yes, then you can visit this link: http://www.qr-code-generator.com/ and input your Form URL there so that it will generate a QR code of your form.

    Regarding your issue about receiving blank confirmation, I believe that it is being addressed in this thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1184564. Please see my colleague's answers to your concern there.
