Once order form is embeded on the Website it will not submit the order

I embedded a t-shirt order form onto our website and it will not move past the please wait message. 

I submitted this question, but it did not pass the "I am not a Robot"  Trying again

Can you please re-embed your form using the iFrame method, as when I tested your form on the standalone version I was able to submit without issues, which means there's possibly a conflict with your website script. Using the iFrame method to embed forms should resolve the issue.
