How can the entire form be emailed back - not just the signatures

    I have people sign HIPAA consent forms and others and need to save the entire form as it appears to the patient.

    You need to enable the PDF and turn off the Hide Empty Fields in the autoresponder email. This will give the user a copy of the submission as a PDF that can be printed. It will also not hide the empty fields that have been skipped by the user. 

    After that, you also need to go to the Submissions page. To do that, please follow this guide:

    In the Submissions page, go to the Properties Options and enable the Show Headers and Text. Also, disable the Auto Hide Empty fields.
