The captcha keeps saying "oops you've reached your limit"
im mailing right from the form on your site

Please be advised that, forms like registration form, signup form, login form,.etc. that contains or asking for password is not supported by JotForm. I would recommend deleting those fields inorder to reactivate the account.
If you could not login to your account, then we can delete this field for you. Just let us know with your confirmation on your next reply.

I just tried coping the link in my email and sending it. When I click the link it says form is disabled. But in the form it says enabled. How do I change this?

I did check your account again but did not find any issue with that. I would suggest you to please share a screenshot of the error message you see and we will take a look.
